It’s always nice to add shrubbery and flowers in your landscaping plan. You can plan elaborate flower beds near your patio, or just add a row of flowers. It’s completely up to you how many plants you want. Another alternative is to add plants in brightly-colored pots which will provide visual interest and can be moved if you need to for some reason.
You’ll undoubtedly want to add some patio furniture and lighting to the area to make it functional. Lighting can range from solar spotlights to traditional hanging lamps and comes in many styles and colors. Lights will extend the number of hours you are able to use your patio.
